Once integrated with your existing salon software, an SMS will automatically be sent to your customers 1 hour after a completed appointment to request they leave you a review.

The review will then come to us for moderation. We will check it for quality content and publish the review to your salonspy page - this will also alert you via email that you have a new review.
Review Management
Our dashboard will display all reviews and allow you to action each one. You can respond to, share or dispute any of your reviews. Our data will also break down the reviews by date, salon or even per team member.
