I love everything about Yourells, Eyre street. From the moment you arrive in the salon you encounter friendliness, an uplifting atmosphere and efficient and professional service. Anna is incredibly skilled/talented and very professional. Each visit commences with requested feedback on your hair condition and how you have managed your hair from the prior visit followed by consultation and suggested improvements. I have been attending the salon for so many years that I feel 100% confident leaving any changes/ decisions to Anna. My colour and styling always meet expectations and usually exceed my expectations. All of the girls are friendly and customer focused and make each visit a relaxing and positive experience. All precautions are taken to prevent Covid-19 and the salon cleanliness is exceptionally good.
