Bellissimo is a 5500 square foot award-winning hair and beauty salon in Galway, offering a fantastic range of treatments under one roof. Our stylists are up-to-date with the latest cutting techniques and hair trends, while our Wella hair colour experts are masters in their field - creating sensational hair colours for our Irish and international clients.

When it comes to beauty, our experienced therapists will have you looking fabulous from top to toe with services including facials, massages, nails, lashes & brows, tanning and make-up.

We also offer a confidential and discreet hair loss service in a private room at our Galway salon. Here you can seek advice and try on our array of high-quality wigs and hair pieces which can then be expertly cut & shaped to suit you.

I don’t always feel great when I leave a hairdresser and this was my 1st visit to Bellissimo. My should length curly hair looked less than great and I was off on holiday the next day. Daithi suggested I cut it short with a bit of length on top. I totally LOVED IT? Left feeling fabulous ?

I had a spa pedicure this morning and was very disappointed overall tbh ..the overall experience was not what I expected for the price paid , the therapist (I’m not sure what her name was) but just seemed very uninterested in carrying out the treatment , and had very little interaction throughout the session, usually when I get a pedicure I leave feeling like I have new feet on this occasion I feel like my feet basically just got a wash and a rub and a bit of shellac … I still have dead skin on my feet also which I am very disappointed about , I was hoping that Bellissimo would be my new go to for my pedicure but I don’t think I’ll be retuning based on todays experience :-(

Very disappointing result

I came in to get shellac toes done. I didn’t realise it would be a problem but I had shellac on from before. This meant it would take longer. The therapist was nothing but nice. However I am extremely disappointed with the result. The pink is still all around my toes from the previous set and the shape is all uneven. I understand that I should have made it clear when booking that I had shellac on my toes and the therapist was in a rush. But for €40 this is simply not good enough.

Today I went to Bellissimo to get a hollywood wax, the staff were very friendly. The beautician that handled my wax session was a very lovely lady, kind and spoke through the process making sure I was good, overall was a very good experience here.
