Very happy with my short haircut today! The whole experience was as pleasant as could be under the circumstances.

Lydia is excellent at waxing. She is professional but at the same time she is friendly & chatty with makes the experience go quicker! Thank you very much Lydia A+. Reception staff also friendly.

My first experience in Bellissimo was really nice. I was very nervous about my hair but Karen did a good job. It is really a good feeling when you get all of the growth removed

I’m just after getting my hair cut. I think I was in a state of shock when I was leaving as I asked my hairdresser to cut off one inch as a trim and she cut off at least 3/4inches which has taken me nearly a year to grow out. She even held up the inch she was going to cut before I got it washed. It was actually too late to even say anything as she cut it off when my hair was wet so I did not notice how much she had cut off. I’ve never been so disappointed with a haircut in all honesty and feel back at square one for trying to grow it long again. She did not ask me if I was happy with it for obvious reasons, i'd imagine. Not ever going back to this salon.

I have been visiting this salon for many year's now and I have never ever been disappointed in anyway whatsoever .... Aaron is my new to go guy and just love how he fixed my hair after a disastrous DIY cut in recent times.. Aaron was kindly and chatty but not at all invasive.. As always ? to Bellissimo's and the great staff that make the visit worth the mileage every time ...........

So good to be back in the hairdressers after a long hiatus.

Brilliant as always - Susan and the Team were wonderful as always..Susan was super helpful with great tips about nail care (&tan). I love my shellac nails *toes colour and lasted for well over 2 weeks and I'm looking forward to going back very soon! :)

Very professional, courteous, efficient and considerate. No stinging on eyelash tint. Did a wonderful job on eyebrows. Applied lighter colour first then went darker at my request. A good experience.

I had my hair done today by the very talented Sinead. I decided to go for a colour change and Sinead did not disappoint. Very happy with my hair, thanks to Sinead and all at Bellissmo ❤️

Michelle has a very creative talent for hair. She listens to what you want and advises you on what's achievable while keeping the quality of your hair when recommending treatments and products but by no means pushy or overselling. She is amazing as a stylist and puts you at ease in the salon. All covid compliant sanitising stations, glass between chairs for rinsing, even at reception all the staff were so nice and even in these times very much in the Christmas spirit. I will definitely return again soon.

Wow. I didn't think there was any way this trip to the saloon would be enjoyable, fun and memorable. Thank you so much Linda. Your relaxed attitude. Sympathy for my situation. Obvious knowledge and experience not just about what you were selling but all the other tips and advice you so freely gave. She even managed to involve my daughter and mam in the experience while keeping us all safely distanced. You were amazing and I can't thank you enough ❤ ♥ ?

I booked a black Friday deal last December for an oxygen facial (50e) worth 100e. When I booked the facial I told them about the voucher on the phone. When I arrived the girl told me there was no oxygen left and offered me another facial (worth 70). She assured me I could use my voucher. She was lovely and I was really happy with my facial however when I got to reception the girl advised it was 70e. I told her about my voucher and showed her my email.. She told me I should have received a voucher in the post, I assured her I did. She questioned me again. She then said 'I suppose il put it through' and asked me to pay the difference of 20e. I told her the lady that did my facial advised I could use it and she replied 'fine'. I was so shocked at how rude the lady was and the bad customer service at the desk. I didn't get the facial I wanted and left feeling upset. It put such a negative spin on my facial (that I was happy with) and as a result I will definitely not be back.

On entering the Salon it has a lovely relaxed feel to it. The Stylish interior is superb with plenty of space between other customers. My Stylist Michelle did exactly as I requested. My Cut and Highlights were the best I have ever received. I cannot compliment Bellisimo enough. Just go and find out for yourself. 10/10

As always my visit to saloon was very positive. Reception girls so pleasant & helpful. Tara was excellent, the most pleasant professional stylist. I had colour & few highlights done and I was really happy with how Tara did my hair. I would recommend Bellissimo and Tara to my friend’s & family. It is wonderful to see ye back, missed Bellissimo during lockdown

Bellissimo is a fantastic place for both hair and beauty!! They set high standards for themselves and deliver every time. Lydia is fantastic at what she does from massage, facial, makeup to manicures and pedicures.
