Hated the colour have been coming for years and this was the only time I hated it. Permanent dye was used on my roots without asking which I haven’t used in years because I can’t afford the upkeep and it doesn’t suit me. I came in asking for a light ashy balayage which I have always gotten here and loved and instead came out darker than when I came in and so brassy. When she was doing the bleach I asked could I get more (usually I get a lot + foils) and she said no there will be loads when it’s dry but again it’s darker than when I started. She told someone to wash out the bleach without checking or looking at it and then had to tone it all the way down and was still brassy. She said it would lighten up as I wash it so I waited but it’s lightening brassy and the root colour is already gone brassy and has a grey root line which I have never had. I really don’t want to sound rude or diss anyone I’ve never complained and would never complain but I actually hate it feel so insecure and had saved up for months to get it done so am disappointed. The day I came out I was looking up prices elsewhere to see could I get it fixed but I’m a student so can’t afford to. I felt like I wasn’t listened to and then got a result I hated which is unfortunate because I’ve loved coming since 2018 and everyone is normally so nice!
