I am a new customer to Zeba in the last year and always had such a lovely experience with really lovely people looking after me. However yesterday I attended for a curly blow dry and I am so upset with the way I was treated. I have a thick head of hair so a curly blow dry can be difficult. ***** was the person who did my hair and the way she brushed and pulled my hair was so bad. She didn’t speak or ask me what I wanted. She pulled my hair so much when doing it. She kept flicking my hair into my eyes. Towards the end I had to put my hand up to ask her to stop as she could not hear me. I have had many curly blow drys and my hair was so fizzy after this one. I am pregnant and having terrible nausea and morning sickness and wanted to treat myself to something nice to make myself feel better. I never give reviews but I am so upset with how I was treated yesterday. I know we can all have bad days and different things going on in our lives. Being professional and kind is essential in every job. I have an upcoming appointment for my highlights in a week or so and would really think about going elsewhere only that the girl who did my hair last time was so lovely and kind Niamh was her name. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but would definitely think twice now about returning to Zeba Arnotts. I do not want this presented on the site.
