The staff were lovely and the haircuts they gave my 2 daughters were just what we wanted. Just an inch off each child’s hair nothing complicated.
When I made the booking over a month ago I was quoted the price for a child’s cut and blow dry
The appointment took place on a Thursday but the staff member booking my girls in gave me the Mon-Wed child’s haircut price which I agreed to and paid deposit
When we got to the salon I was told I would be charged full adult price for both children’s cuts which was €110 in total to get barely an inch trimmed off each child’s hair
There is clearly no way I would have booked in for a Thursday if this information had have been made available at the time of booking
It’s a pity Great salon lovely staff but I won’t be booking in again To charge a mum €110 for an inch off 2 kids hairs is not acceptable at all
