Was welcomed stylist check my hair advised what to do.
I had my hair coloured but underneath wasn’t done and I think because of lack of communication. I pointed at the back of my hair and said that’s not done was told that will be covered with gloss pity it didn’t.Took me 4 hours to colour hair do a gloss treatment and split ends treatment plus wash and blow dry. It was a long waiting.
Everyone was lovely just a pity only one stylist on a busy day. I came in at 11.30 left at 3.30 the whole time I was there Lauryn didn’t take a break she’s some woman.(not fair).
End result I have to come back next week to fix my hair.
My daughter also had her hair cut washed treatment and blow dry done and had a different experience she ranked her experience 4 starts because was left waiting.
So not the worse but not the best.
