As always Luis outdid himself (booked in for Christmas apt already!!) from brassy to classy, season favourite expensive blonde is back. Great treatment for split ends to complete my visit.

I came in with a picture of what I wanted and left with something that was nothing near what I wanted. I specifically said i was growing out my hair and didn't want any length off the ends or too much off the sides, my hairs so short now i cant even tie it up anymore. i asked for a layered fringe and got a blunt bowl cut. I had multiple occasions coming up and now am genuinely upset and embarrassed about my hair.

Luis is absolutely great at what he does ! Very talented and understands all the non hairdresser silly requests for my hair ! Always a brilliant shampoo also nothing like a good scrub, Ruby did my tint for me and she was absolutely great aswell really nice girl very welcoming and chatty !

Luis has been fantastic in changing my hair colour from tones of blue to tones of purple while getting rid of the green undertones left. It’s tricky but the result is fantastic. And the customer service is just excellent on site. Highly recommend.
