Excellent service and very happy!

Today was my first visit, everyone was really friendly and Georgina was great! Will definitely be back again.

I was quite nervous as I've developed bad psoriasis, to the extent I was going to cancel my appointment as I was so embarrassed. The moment I was in the door i was met with smiles and kindness. Britney and the team put me compleatly at ease and reassured me.
She chose the best option for colour and treatment and explained it all along the way. I was offered endless support and kindness throughout.
Incredibly professional and caring team in Clare Hall. I got a balyage, scalp clearing treatment and a cut. Felt amazing when I left and loads more confident compared to when I arrived.
Britney brings endless smiles, chats and a lovely vibe to the whole atmosphere. Can't wait for my next appointment. Would absolutely recommend a visit. Even if it's just for a wash and blow dry on a bad day. You're guaranteed to have your mood lifted and day brightened.

I’m so happy with my highlights as always. I can’t get over how quick Stephanie is, I used to sit in my last salon I went to for over 5 hours. Amazing result again and I enjoy the whole house of colour experience every time. All the girls are warm and welcoming and I look forward to my next visit.

Had a lovely morning, was nervous about getting a new colour and Britney had me at ease and my hair was beautiful and I LOVE it. However we did discuss a cut and I’m pretty sure I was charged for one but she never cut my hair. It was only driving home I realised she never cut my hair. So a little disappointed I never got the cut especially if I paid for it

At first I was skeptical about coming to this salon. Due to the fact the price. However I went with my gut feeling and yes I was right. Soon as I entered the salon the women that worked there was lovely. The receptionist took my coat and asked me to take a seat whilst my stylist was finishing off someone's hair. Which I thought was a lovely gesture. My stylist was Britney she was absolutely lovely, made me feel so comfortable and welcoming. I had a colour change from black to balliage which turned out create and successful. The customer service was excellent I was offered a drink and even some chocolate not many places do this. I would definitely recommend this place for a hair colour change and cut. The best part was my gift card I received from first time having my experience there I was impressed. Definitely recommended :)
