From start to finish a relaxing and rewarding experience. The stylist understands my needs and confirmed exactly what I want straight away. I was offered some refreshments and enjoyed thoroughly. It was my first time visiting this salon. I just moved into the area and a little nervous to try a new salon. I will most definitely be going back. Amy is an excellent hairstylist advised me on my hair condition (which is damaged from previous home bleaching/colouring) got a fabulous treatment and trim that I am trilled with. Such a lovely person after a long day in work I felt pampered with plenty of offers of complementary great coffees and cute little cupcakes . I honestly and truly could only highly recommend this salon and I look forward to returning to Amy who recommended I wait a few months to put colour in my hair. I really appreciate her honestly and advice - in my experience of previous salons I would have had it expressed to colour when my hair was to porous but Amy did not advise that she rightly advised me for the greater good of my hair and equally not spending money foolishly like I have in the past for the colour only not to take after a week of washing it. Delighted with my experience today great cut and I have a lovely curly style that Amy blow dried after the treatment and trim and she listened to my preference of not taking to much off with some layers added. . Thank you Amy for the best salon experience you have a new very happy customer. 😃I would also like to say there was a lovely atmosphere in the salon which added to it - all the staff were very warm and welcoming !👌
