House of Colour - Citywest

Lovely experience today . Very professional girl on reception who looked after me straight away. Escorted me to the salon chair. Gave me a lovely coffee and pastry while I waited.
Then a lovely friendly stylist attended me. She sat down and went through what I wanted and explained what she was going to do. Applied the colour. While I was waiting on it to develop she kept checking on me to see if I was ok. Then she washed it and gave me a head massage. Blow dried my hair and straightened it. Then escorted me back to reception.

Alex was so welcoming and kind. She did a lovely job even if she didnt have much to work with! Sorry I cant remember other staff that was there too but herself and Alex were so friendly. Its great the salon opens on a Monday.

Great experience getting my hair done today. I was very happy with my hair colour and cut. I received the attention I needed & everyone was very helpful not to mention I was fed and watered as well with breakfast delights. Overall very pleasant atmosphere, excellent service.

Very friendly hair stylist who took the time to fully understand what kind of haircut I wanted. I especially loved the head massage I got while my hair was washed, the style of the salon and music / music videos on the screens.

1st time to try House Of Colour. 5 star treatment from start to finish. Alex is an amazing colourist, she did exactly what I wanted and my hair is beautiful, if I do say so myself :)

Havent pampered myself in a very long time. Booked in with Aisling and told her I wanted a big change. Explained I wanted to go short with the cut but wanted to keep some colour. Aisling was amazing she know exactly what I was looking for with very little explanation from myself. Im delighted with my new hair and its given me a huge confidence boost which I haven't felt in years. Aisling is amazing at her job and I'll definitely be back for my next haircut. ?

I have been going to House of Colour Citywest for the last couple of months and every time I go the girls are so welcoming and go over and beyond for each guest. Alex has done my hair the last few times I have gone in and I leave happy every time. She always ensures you are comfortable and happy with anything she does. I always look forward going in as I know I always look better coming out ?? she has done my colour and extensions and always gives the best advice therefore leaving me feeling confident with the way my hair looks. Aoife helped Alex with my hair on more than one occasion and she is always so polite checking in every now and again throughout my time in the salon. All the girls are so nice and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my hair done !

I’ve been going to the salon for about 2 years now and it never disappoints. Service is great, all girls are very nice and friendly and Emma is just the best stylist, I always leave salon 100% happy?

Usually great no complaints,but this time the whole experience (service) and final result (especially colour) left me lacking. Not be using the same stylist again. I will probably have to redo colour as soon as possible.
