My second visit with Lisa. She really listens to what you want and she's full of ideas. Another staff member applied my colour and was so lovely too, sorry I never got your name! Great friendly place with brilliant stylists.

I just love going to Citywest. All the girls are so accommodating and so friendly. My stylist Ashling is brilliant. I’m always delighted with my hair because she listens. Also I had the most relaxing scalp massage ever!! I really look forward to going in every six weeks.

I felt for the first time in a very long time I had a consultation with an expert Lisa was fantastic she listened to everything that had gone wrong she advised me on her thoughts and want she was going to do to ensure it wouldn’t go wrong…. My colour is fantastic Lisa took her time explained what she was doing and why she was doing it this way ! My entire experience was personal and excellent would highly recommend

I rang ahead and booked my an appointment for my hair to be curled with a wand.
I had my 9 year old son who has autism so I was very nervous to see if he would sit beside me in that environment and wait.
I knew he wouldn't last for a long appointment so I had my hair washed ready and just a curl max 25 mins there the stylist was amazing patient set my son up beside me with a treat was very autism aware and made me feel so welcome. I'll be back as once luke is comfortable it makes me comfortable my hair was fab and no minder needed. Thanks so much. It really set my day up well.

I got my hair done by Aisling today. She was amazing, she listened to what I wanted and having showed her some images of what I would like she helped me pick the perfect tones and cut it exactly how I wanted. Absolutely delighted and I love my hair!
