I got a full head of highlights and asked for face framing at the front, I got it blonde right up to the root . After a day or two I did not really like it. I rang the salon and Christine was happy to fix it to the way I wanted it and achieve a more blended root which suited me a lot better ! The staff were very accommodating from start to finish. Some would be hesitant to say they were not satisfied with their hair but they were happy to fix it and I am delighted with the end result ! X
