House of Colour - Charlestown

Portia looked after my Balayage today and did a great job got the colour exactly how I wanted it. All the staff in Charlestown are extremely attentive and friendly.

I had an amazing experience in the salon today. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and there was such a good atmosphere.

Domingue is usually my stylist,unfourtunalty shs gone...left a big hole in the place....yeah Emily did a great job

Delighted with the whole process from start to finish, Ciara did a brilliant with cut and colour.

Christine was fab as was the rest of the staff

My daughters and I went for Christmas hair cuts. The girls in the salon were so friendly and chatty, they were comfortable to be around and the whole experience was wonderful, Èabha who just turned 13 had her first consultation with a stylist and is on cloud 9 after it. A big thank you to all the staff ❤️

Christine is so talented she knows what she’s doing and I always walk away feeling fresh and loving my hair, she’s great at helping to decide what to do and I trust in everything she says, big plans for the next visit with her in the new year!

Great experience in HOC Charlestown today. So well looked after by all the team from the minute I rang to book, til I was leaving after my appointment... felt no stone was left unturned. And most importantly I love my new hair (special thanks to Ciara!!). Will deffo be back and recommending to anyone who will listen ?

Porsche did my hair and entertained me throughout. I was offered tea and toast. Brilliant experience.

I get my hair blow dried every week by Ciara. She is the most loveliest person always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. Great sense of humour she always has me laughing by the time I leave. Hair does be fabulous hence me going back every week!!!!

Soffia listened to what I want and looked at images and knew what I wanted when I didn't. She throughly discussed what I wanted and I loved the final look. Im so glad I trusted her and was delighted with the final look. Also, had a couple of glasses of wine while there and the message chairs are great ;)

Lovely stylist, very knowledgeable and friendly. I came to her with home bleached hair which was starting to fall out and she didn’t judge me at all and was happy to help sort it out. Really listened to what I wanted and I’m delighted with the results. I’ll definitely be back!

As the place name suggest, I think it is good for hair colours and treatments. However after choosing a senior stylist the Haircut was not up to the mark. I could see lot of flaws in the initial haircut which should not be so and during the finishing too I had pointed out to many problems. The haircut was not as per what I needed but was neatened by the end, though not resulting in what I wanted.
Services are great and the staff is really polite and listens in.

I returned to House of colour after many years. I missed how professional and how nice all the staff are. I will never go anywhere else again. My hair feels and looks amazing. I can't remember the name of the girl who looked after me but she was fantastic.

Absolutely amazing as always

To start, I was 45 mins late so I was mortified. I offered to postpone tge appointment but they wouldn't hear of it. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable & not at all a burden even though I was late. I got a colour, root & balyage done. I've been wanting to get it doe forages & Emily is the only person I trust to do it. She understood what I wanted & execited it to perfection. I'M SO HAPPY! Have been blown away by the excellent service today & would highly recommend this salon & Emily to everyone who will listen to me. PERFECT!

Senita had her work cut out for her today I wanted a big change and was a little nervous but Senita talked me through everything step by step and made me feel at ease hair turned out fab and I had the most enjoyable experience. Cant wait for my next appointment already

As always absolutely fab I was a little disappointed Dominic is gone but senita and caitlin were brilliant. Caitlin never stops working shes a little star and I'd also like to mention chloe a lovely friendly girl.

Well what can I say even after so long it was amazing that Dominique remembered me and she is still the most fabulous hairdresser who listens to her clients and deliver exactly what they want. Am thrilled with my cut ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful salon extremely friendly welcoming staff very professional attitude high standard experience. Complimentary Tea coffee posocco / Gin tonic . Snacks chocolate popcorn. . al types coffee tea with option toast croissants jam for morning appts . For a feel good experience and fabulous hair I would. Absolutely delighted with service here. Christine was my stylist and from beginning to end she was absolutely lovely and professional - loved her.
As far as the salon goes its very welcoming, extremely clean and staff all seem really attentive of their clients and all very down to earth. Cannot fault the experience or salon at all.
