My first time at the Buff day Spa and also my first time ever getting a Shellac manicure. It was the most wonderful experience from start to finish. I was made to feel so welcome from the get go. The vibe was so chilled and relaxed on arrival and I was offered water or tea snd left alone to take my time choosing my nail colour.
Bianca was my cool South African nail specialist and she couldn’t have been more professional. Not only did my nails look amazing but I had such a great rapport with her from the get go . She’s truly an inspirational woman and an absolute credit to your team. Therapists can do a great job with the product itself but to have a personality like Bianca join the team is a real bonus. I’ve already recommended her to a lot of my friends as her knowledge about the products and her fun personality makes you definitely want to come back for more. It truly was an amazing customer experience which I haven’t had in some time.
Congratulations to all the team but especially Bianca. Thank you so much for everything girls ! 10 out of 10 !
