Overall my friend and I enjoyed our experience, Maria was excellent with my friend and very knowledgeable. Facials were great. However we had booked pedicures and were told this would include hard skin removal, cuticle work and soak, but we just received a file and polish. We would have mentioned it at the time but there was also confusion because my friend had to have shellac removed and the staff seemed annoyed about this even though we had mentioned this on booking. I was quite disappointed as I was really looking forward to refreshing my feet skin and not just nails.
Hi Cathy. I am so sorry you were disappointed with your pedicures. Your express pedicure should include a soak and rasping of the foot. I will follow up with your therapists about this as we have treatment protocols that all therapists must follow. - Katie
