The Buff Day Spa

COVID makes it hard for businesses to keep running but Buff Spa had a very good set up. I had called and asked about treatments and got honest and helpful advice, I was also able to check what was the procedure for hygiene and social distancing.
The whole experience was very good from start to finish. Ive been a but worried about going out in public but there is sanitiser on entry and all customers and staff wear facemasks throughout.
It was my first ever massage and my therapist, Ayanda was really good at explaining what would be happening and how different parts of the massage would help in different ways. As it was my first time using CBD and having a massage it was good to have somebody so willing to explain things and answer questions.
The massage was very good and I felt as though I could ask for more or less pressure whenever I felt like it. It was even good talking afterwards I could see what was helping and what to think about for the next time.
My back is in the least pain it has been in a long time and the CBD oil has really helped ease the tenseness that was there.
Overall a great experience!
