Everything about that salon is relaxing

Buff day spa, is a peaceful oasis right in the heart of Dublin, you go up the stairs off the bustle of the busy streets and quiet and calm comes. Maria was caring, kind and made whole experience enjoyable. I will be returning.

I loved the hydra facial from Stef. It is such a thorough facial getting right under the skin. Stef took great care to explain each phase of the facial and I even saw after all the toxins, extractions captured by the machine used. My face was glowing after and made such a difference to my fine lines, far more impactful than a normal facial. Highly recommend.

I was gifted the yummy mummy package & it was FABULOUS! My therapist was wonderful & knowledgable in the aches & pains of late pregnancy and I floated home! Thank you

I was delighted with the service I received today by Jennifer she was so attentive and a pleasure to deal with. She made me feel so relaxed throughout my treatments. I will definitely be back for any maternity package before baba arrives and will be making sure to book Jennifer as my therapist.

Maria and her lovely team took such good care of the 4 of us. We really enjoyed our massages, manicures, pedicures and glass of prosecco and we had a lovely day.

Just had an amazing mini spa today and I feel so relieved and relaxed. I would highly recommend who is doing intense activities or various fitness exercises to book yourselves in for the sports relief package, you will feel relieved afterwards :) I would also like to thank Jennifer who was looking after me today, she made my experience very pleasant and relaxing, she was also very polite, friendly and ensured that I had a lovely first time experience. She also gave me further advice after the treatment which I fully appreciated. Please ensure that she is recognised for this. And il be back as I had a lovely first time experience :) thanks all

My company closed for the day for a "thank holiday" giving all of us employees an extra free day off work. I took my day and booked in a massage and sugar scrub at The Buff Spa. I really was looking forward to some relaxation, and had not had a great experience at another salon. The Buff Spa was absolutely what I wanted and was looking for. My treatment was exactly what I needed. I left there feeling like a million bucks.

So so relaxed afterwards neck unbelievable great back massage which I really needed

Beautiful day Spa. It was my first visit today, entering the premises I thought it was going to be quite small, but it was spacious with beautiful decor. The staff could not be friendlier or more accommodating, everyone we interacted was so lovely and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. All covid measures were in place and the place was spotlessly clean, no issues social distancing and everyone wearing masks which was reassuring. I had a full body Swedish massage with Isabela and it was incredible. I had been quite sore and tense going on, but practically floated out, I felt so relaxed after the treatment.
I then had a facial and manicure with Stefania. She was lovely, so friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products on sale, giving great advice. I also really enjoyed both treatments with her, my skin feels amazing and I'm delighted with how my previously unkempt nails turned out. I'll definitely return again soon.

Really fabulous experience with Isabel & Folrentina today for the urban retreat. I felt totally pampered but also that they took pride in what they were doing and as a result were very professional & caring. I will definitely be returning. Be aware the sauna & changing rooms etc are closed. I was very disappointed about this.

Service great, duration could be a little longer. The massage was 45min in theory but spent some time on the set up.

I treated myself to the Diva package for my birthday and haven’t been to the Buff Day Spa prior to today. It was a very relaxing experience and was taken care of really well! The body scrub left my skins feeling so smooth and the body massage afterwards got rid of all my knots and tension in my back which I didn’t realise I had, the therapist did an amazing job! I was always told what was going to happen and if the pressure was right for me. Then I had a facial that cleared all my skin up and left me glowing which felt so fresh. I was given my tasty chicken salad and a complimentary glass of Prosecco. I then had my pedicure and manicure and again was well pampered and looked after with no rush to leave at the end. Booked in again for a massage and facial as I enjoyed it and benefited from it so much!
All very clean and the area was sanitised after every use.

I visited the spa for the pregnancy package. Jennifer was very attentive, friendly and very good at her job.

To me this is the hidden gem in Dublin- as the entrance is so unassuming. I attended for a pregnancy massage- Amber was excellent, just the right amount of pressure and gave extra attention to where she felt was required! Will 100% be booking again!

I won a front line worker competition and had a facial and back massage at buff. Jennifer was my therapist and she was so professional and kind. As I am pregnant I was accommidated with a pregnacy pillow. I felt so relaxed after and it was a lovely treat
