It was a wonderful experience with good clear explanation beforehand. Nico clearly knows his stuff. Felt really terrific after.

I have been going to Buff Day Spa for a while and other places before that. Swedish massages w/ medium-high pressure is my go-to.

Nonkosi is by far my favorite therapist. Communication is easy. The level of pressure and the technique is perfect - tailored to my needs at the time. It's a great experience every time. If I could give more stars I would.

I have been coming here for a little while to get massages for relaxation and to work out some of the tension in my shoulders. Nonkosi is excellent and I always feel very relaxed and refreshed after my massage. She applies a perfect amount of pressure which really helps to work out these knots. Would fully recommend this massage!

Really enjoyable experience. Therapist was lovely and made sure I was comfortable throughout as I am 36 weeks pregnant.

I had a deep tissue massage with Nicco and it was great. He made me very comfortable and I felt assured he knew what he was doing re my back problems and areas I wished him to focus on and why. The massage was so relaxing yet rejuvenating. He got all my knots out and was very cognitive of the areas to work on and to apply the correct pressure.

Nice massage but was never offered a robe & got cold after in the "tranquility" room. Left feeling fluey & dehydrated

Had a super hot stone full body massage today and it was bliss from start to finish. The stones really add to the full body massage. I feel totally relaxed and rejuvenated after the treatment.

Really great spa, we absolutely loved it. We booked last minute for a massage and both of our masseuses were brilliant. Such a calming experience and also really sorted out my sore shoulders. Would highly recommend!

Florentina is amazing, relaxing facial but also very thorough and always get the best out of the session targeting any trouble areas.

Maria is a joy. Laser is not the most relaxing of treatments but it’s really a lot less painful than waxing thanks to Maria’s skill. The treatment has worked well for me and I always enjoy catching up with Maria.

Hi I had a really lovely back massage ,done by Jane ,my one little grip would be the room was a little cold and the blanket and towels the same it's nice when you are in that environment to have warmth however the overall treatment was good, I also was left in the room for about 10to 15 mins between treatments as I was having a facial with another therapist Hanna she apologized but it was a long time to wait , having said that It was a fantastic facial ?and she was very helpful and friendly ?thank you ,I will be back ?

1st hydrafacial in the year and already notice the results when I compare my skin to last year prior to the course. Thanks to Florentina for providing a lot of skincare advice which helped with alot of my areas of concern. I will be back for more :)

I've tried out a few spa's in Dublin centre and while all the experiences have been OK, Tanisha at the Buff Day Spa is a hidden gem. She really knows her treatments/products and an expert masseuse. Couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Today I went for a Swedish massage, who attended me was Patricia, she was super attentive and professional all the time. It was great spending that time at The Buff and it was a great post-running training to relax. I highly recommend Patricia!

Rose is amazing, I had a lot of tightness and knots in my back after an injury last year and she has really helped me to release tension which has alleviated some of my pain and tension between sessions. Still a way to go but will definitely sick with it

Florentina did her job as usual. No problem with her work. However, I did mention during my pedicure that I was feeling cold. We were the only two people in the big room which was freezing cold from a lack of heat..Neither of the two heaters in the room were on. I was told that one of them was out of order. Also, the heater in the changing room was stone cold. The only heaters that appeared to be working were the one in the corridor on the way to the changing room & the one at the desk beside the receptionist. I double checked all the heaters on my way out to make sure of my facts before I complained again to two employees at reception.
As i was about to leave reception a young woman appeared who said she was an ‘assistant manager’ & asked what the problem was. I told her I was cold & that I had checked the heaters to find them all cold bar the 2 already mentioned. Incredulously, she started arguing & insisting (with a grin) that all the heaters were ON. She seemed to have a problem accepting that I had a problem & tried to make me feel & look like a fool. Instead of a sincere apology & agreeing with the actual facts, she kept up this charade of a lie. No empathy whatsoever. It was infuriating. Is this how you now treat customers? Far from feeling relaxed, i came away from Buff this evening feeling upset & freezing cold.
I have used Buff many times together with my family in the past. We have never had a problem with Buff before. My daugher paid for a voucher of €150. It was my Christmas present. I used 70 of it today. How can I now avail of the remainder of the generous voucher from my daugher if this is how you treat people who complain? Can you refund it?

Had a Swedish back massage and an express facial . LOVED EVERY SECOND .My therapist was very nice and knowledgable

They offer a full range of services in terms of facial and dermatological treatments. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Reasonably priced, very professional, extremely clean and overall a great atmosphere. Keep up the good work guys.

Megan’s name is still not in the field which is a shame, because this is the 2nd time I had a massage with Megan and she was brilliant. I conked out during the massage but I think it’s fair to say I came out of that feeling very rejuvenated :) and it was a great solution to combat the January blues :) Megan went over my tight areas and provided me with some very beneficial aftercare advice which I always welcome. Thanks again guys, looking forward to being back in 2 weeks already :) please pass my gratitude to Megan so she gets recognised for her hard work
