My twin sister and I walked in for a walk in appointment today to have our eyebrows waxed. Luckily mine turned out fine. However my twin sisters right eyebrow was destroyed. The lady who did her service waxed far too much hair off that brow. Leaving a bald spot and also leaving the brow completely unmatched and way thinner than the left brow. She was so upset. Her eyebrows and looks are very important to her.
After my sister sharing her upset and unhappiness, the salon refunded her and also tinted / henna the brow to fix it the best they could. We appreciate that they tried their best to fix it however it should’ve never happened.
Because of this neither of us will be back:

Got my lashes done last Thursday and literally 7 days later there are falling out it was a different girl this.. lashes are very short and I wasn't asked what length I wanted not impressed at all
Got my nails done (shellac) a nail wasn't colour properly , the next day was already chipped.. I understand that was the Christmas rush for each of us but paying 32 euro and getting this result isn't nice . Disappointed!

The last twice I went here I was extremely happy, however, today was a different experience. I was told it would take 30 mins and it took over an hour. The girl was very slow, no gloves or mask and she was constantly sniffing in my face which gave me the impression she was sick. I left and looked in the mirror before I left penny’s and there was black all over my lids and under my eyes. I had to go back to ask her to remove it and my eyes were really stinging after. The overall result was no where near as good as the last time I went. I won’t be going back
