I had a lash lift and tint last week and it wasn't great. I have had it there at least 4 times before and was always happy. But this time the lady doing it was.not capable. She appeared to be very inexperienced in the procedure and struggled throughout. She did not cleanse my eyelids before beginning, couldnt get the plastic bit to stick and kept adding more glue and eventually tape.. making it a very uncomfortable experience for me. My eye began to sting, the first time this has ever happened to me and she kept tellinge to relax even though it was obvious things were not going well. The end result is that only about half my lashes are actually lifted, the rest are still straight. The tint. Is not evenly on. The bottom lashes kept sticking to the top ones during the procedure, so some of them are pointing up instead of down. The woman who did them should have stopped and asked for help instead of continuing. It was very obvious to both me and her that she was struggling and not able for the job. While she maintained a pleasant manner, thanked me for my patience etc... I left feeling quite shaken and am not happy with the result.
