Everyone was lovely. I had my last haircut 6 months ago so my hair was much longer than usual. I had a photo on my phone with the haircut I wanted, I showed it to the stylist but she misunderstood me completely, cut my hair on one side long and the other short… I had to tell her to cut it shorter about 5/6 times. It took 1.5 hours to get my haircut.
I am not a big fan of stylists leaving for 10/15 min for other appointments while clients sitting waiting for them to come back. Last December it took me 2 hours to get wash and haircut.
