I looked so forward to this appointment after a terrible year and not long after having a baby, I thought it would be a much needed lift before Christmas.
The wait time was absolutely chronic as there were long gaps of 15/20 mins of just waiting for the hairdresser to return.
Patrick did personally come over to apologise for the wait which was fine but my hair on the other hand made me come home in tears.
The colour was great but it was cut far far too short. Comments were made throughout about the condition of it which made me feel highly self conscious but I have always had weak hair combined with a baby.
It was cut far shorter than what was asked for and with a bill of €170, I left and burst into tears. It’s that short that it can barely be tied up and I am using a heap of hair grips just to get it pinned back as I can’t bear to look at myself in the mirror with the mess of it. Even my family members and anyone who I have seen since doesn’t like it either. It’ll take a very long time to grow in any state that will allow me to not be using loads of pins to clip it back so I don’t have to look at it. I wish I had have just left my hair as it was before because I expected to feel revived and perked up & instead I’ve never felt worse about myself.
Not knocking the salon as a whole but just from my experience for the bill I had, I won’t be returning.
